You may notice size gains in as little as 2 weeks with regular chewing.

How often should you chew Stronger Gum?

The Stronger Gum programs are a template you can follow that have worked well for many users. You may customize the programs according to your own needs. If you feel discomfort or pain, reduce the time you chew. Like with any other muscle in the body, you should not overdo it.

How will my facial appearance improve from chewing Stronger Gum?

Your jaw muscle size will increase, creating a sharper and longer gonial angle. Your face will look wider and your cheekbones will look more defined with hollow cheeks. Your chin and jaw will also come slightly more forwards due to the jaw muscles being stronger.

Should women chew Stronger Gum for facial appearance?

A stronger jawline obviously benefits men, but what about women? Most women would benefit from having stronger jaw muscles. Many women fear this would make them look masculine, however, this is not the case. Stronger jaw muscles would make the jaw angle look more defined and give hollow cheeks which is considered attractive for women.

Is Stronger Gum VEGAN?

Yes, Stronger Gum is vegan. The vitamin K2 is in MK-7 form which is derived from plants. The vitamin D3 is also sourced from plant materials.

Can I replace vitamin D3 & K2 capsules with Stronger Gum?

Yes, you can. In fact, vitamin absorption is more effective through the mouth which you get from the chewing gum than it is through the digestive track when swallowing a capsule. Chewing just 2-3 pieces a day of regular Stronger Gum will give you the recommended daily amount of vitamin D3 and K2, however, feel free to chew more than 2-3 pieces! Stronger Gum Extra Tough contains a higher dose than the regular Stronger Gum.
